  Heel compleet, heel schoon, hele goede communicatie. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Handig dat er een priveparkeerplaats onder het gebouw bij te boeken is.

  Moderne en compleet appartement in een woongebouw niet ver van museum K20, en ongeveer midden tussen de Rijnoever met de zendmast en de Altstadt. Alles op loopafstand.
  Restaurants en supermarkten zijn direct in de buurt.
  Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping en heeft een halletje, kamer met keuken, aparte slaapkamer en ruime badkamer met (regen)douche.
  Alles modern ingericht, schoon en van heel recent.
  Er is aan alles gedacht, maar je moet wel zelf je koffie capsules of theezakjes meenemen.
  Stekkerdozen om telefoons, smartwatches, tablets etc. op te laden zijn er in ruime mate aanwezig.
  Als we al een kanttekening moeten plaatsen is dat je scheef op het toilet moet gaan zitten omdat de wastafel te ver doorloopt…..het is een beetje vreemd maar wel te doen .
  Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen door de vader van de verhuurster als je je aankomsttijd tenminste 30 min. van tevoren doorgeeft. Hij doorloopt het appartement met je, en rijdt met je mee naar de parkeergarage onder het gebouw (als je aangegeven hebt dat je er een parkeerplaats bij wil. Voor de prijs hoef je het niet te laten en parkeren in de buurt gaat anders een uitdaging zijn).
  
  What could be improved: Aan alles is gedacht; zelfs dingen die je in een hotel vindt zoals zeep en douche kapjes, maar helaas is er niet gedacht aan een paar koffie capsules of ontbijt theezakjes. Dat zou het helemaal af hebben gemaakt

  – excellent location: close to the Medienhafen, just a 20-minute walk to Altstadt, 10 minutes to the river, and easily accessible from Düsseldorf Hbf
  – the apartment is very cozy and comfortable
  – the kitchen is exceptionally well-organized, perhaps the best I’ve seen in a rental. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and even more (thank you very much for the complimentary tea and some grocery!)
  – a convenient work desk is available
  – friendly owners
  – TV with access to Netflix and Amazon
  – Wi-Fi is stable and sufficient for most work tasks, though may not be ideal for heavy uploading

  Spacious rooms, sparkling clean, very nice decorated, 5 minutes walking from the U-bahn station. Restaurants nearby.

  The location is wonderful and close to shops, restaurants and the city center. The apartment has everything you need (fully functioning kitchen, applicances, nice bathroom, music, tv). The beds were very comfortable as well. We had a great stay!
  
  What could be improved: Since it was really hot outside when we where there, the apartment itself was also a little bit hot. During the night you can open the windows but if you are a light sleeper you might not sleep too well since it's close to a road. There's no noise if the windows are closed. Perhaps a fan would already resolve this.
