  Comfortable mattress, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, close to the tennis courts, free parking on the street. Grocery is close in walking distance.. garden view and small balcony. Everything is as written in description..

  We chose this apartment because of its close proximity to ProWein—it took us literally 15 minutes on foot, which was truly great.
  The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and suitable even for a longer stay. Everything was tidy and clean upon arrival. It has a large terrace overlooking a lovely garden. While there is no designated parking space, it's easy to find parking right in front of the building. You can drive up to the entrance briefly, which is perfectly convenient for loading or unloading your belongings.
  The host is very kind—I had some personal requests regarding package deliveries, and everything went flawlessly on his part.
  Everything you might need—supermarket, bakery, restaurants—is within a 5–10 minute walk from the apartment.
  All in all, excellent.
  
  What could be improved: It wouldn’t be fair not to mention the following:
  The apartment is literally on the flight path for landings at the local airport. But—and this is a big BUT—please read everything. Landings stopped somewhere between 10 and 11 PM, and the first one we heard was around 7 AM. Besides that, the apartment is well soundproofed. You can hear the planes, of course, but it's no louder than a car passing by the building. We had no issues sleeping at all.
  On the other hand, if you’re an aviation enthusiast, this is actually a big plus!
  As for the apartment itself, there are a few minor things to fix—tighten a screw here and there, repair a shelf in the shower—and that’s about it.
