  Das Appartement war passend für ein Wochenende mit Messebesuch. Kurzer Weg zur U-Bahn, Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig gut zu erreichen und kostenloses parken vor dem Haus. Und es war sehr ruhig in dem Haus.
  
  What could be improved: Das Haus liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Für uns war das okay und kein Problem. Es ist aber schon laut.

  Excellent stay for long-term travelers. It came equipped with all the needed facilities. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was also really good. Located close to the stadium, where I had work to do, so that was a huge plus. I have seen some people complaining about the airplanes flying quite often above the building, but honestly, I don't get it, since it's clearly specified how close it is to the airport, so I'm not quite sure why some people acted surprised that they could hear them flying around. Was never bothered by the fact and didn't even hear any at nighttime when I was mostly home. The park next to the apartment was quite nice as well!

  What could be improved: after two nights in the apartment, on the third day I had to sleep in the car!!!! After coming home from work, it turned out that there was a strange person in the apartment. After the police arrived and checked all the information, I was forced to hand over the keys from the apartment, just like the other person, and the owner of the apartment did not even show up and was not interested in whether we have a place to sleep!!!

  The apartment was very nice and comfortable for me it was equipped with heater to heat the apartment almost 100% of the space, Also the lights are with deaming option so it was also nice.
  The apartment is close to the bus station from and to the airport, some shopping can be made in the area, but better to go further to the downtown dusseldorf
  
  What could be improved: Airplane noise, and you need to walk a little more to be in the way of taxis and other mean of transportation, I didn't see and pharmacy near by, and it is very very quite area (not the worst thing but still) however the area was very safe.
  The property need to tell about the garbage system: day and time, otherwise you are stuck with the garbage.

  What could be improved: Supermarket is far as well as any means of transportation, the property is under the route of planes going to the airport. I couldn't receive my mail. I couldn't find the place to throw my garbage

  Der Balkon und die Umgebung waren schön.
  
  What could be improved: Man wohnt direkt auf der Start-und Landebahn des Düsseldorfer Flughafen. Die Flugzeuge fliegen gefühlt 10 Meter über das Haus. Dadurch ist an Schlaf ab 06.00 Uhr morgens nicht mehr zu denken. Muss man wissen.

  What could be improved: Der Fluglärm ist schon recht heftig. Das Wasser konnte sich beim Duschen nicht entscheiden ob es heiß oder kalt sein wollte, egal wie es eingestellt war.
