  This place is conveniently located – close to both Airport and City. It is also in quiet residential area, so no loud noises or whatsoever. There are roller blinds on the windows, so it's possible to make it completely dark in the bedroom (with one caveat – sensor light in corridor)
  There is a free parking right next to the entrance.
  Hosts seem to be friendly (not much contact with them though)
  
  What could be improved: Multiple things which resulted to be far below expectations (not sure where such a high ratings is coming from)
  1. Very uncomfortable beds – narrow and short. One cannot fully stretch the legs, if higher than 185 cm
  2. There's a motion-sensor enabled lamp in the corridor of the apartment. There seem to be no way to turn it off completely. The door in the bedroom is with a glass, so if somebody goes to the toilet in the middle of the night – light turns on and everybody wake up!
  3. There is no terrace or garden, let alone BBQ or fireplace – however this was expected according to the listing. THere is only a bench outside with no canopy
  4. Tiny(!) kitchen which is also very old and filled with very weird set of cutlery. (e.g. there was no frying pan! but 8 different casseroles)
  5. Whole space gives a feeling like it's old grandma's set of furniture and other belongings was dumped into this space to make it livable… Bad value for money.
  6. WiFi was barely working – frequent disconnects and unresponsiveness. Not a problem for me, as cellular network signal is good.

  The hosts were super nice and the apartment was very clean and nice(also spacious!) The location is 15 minutes by foot from the south entrance of the fair. The neighborhood is nice and quite too. We had a great time 😀 10/10 would come again!
