  The room was in a prime location in the city whilst also being tucked away from the main street so nights were very peaceful. It was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures on the website.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was for the most part very comfortable but the pillow was very large and a little difficult to sleep with, I wouldn't say this negatively affected my stay.

  It was a clean and nice apartment. Guest will feel homely. In the kitchen, there were enough cutleries and equipment.
  
  What could be improved: There was no booking list for the Washing machine. Guest can plan the laundry with other users in the apartment, if booking list was available.

  A small, clean, well equipped and pleasant studio apartment. Adequate size for a couple, we stayed for 3 nights.The bed was comfortable. Even though it was in a busy area of the city, it was quiet. The tram was a short walk away, as was the train stop. We had breakfast in a couple of nearby cafés, about a 10 minute walk away and there's a bakery right next door. There were a few coffee capsules supplied and some basic staples in the cupboard, such as cooking oil. Really helpful. There's a table and chairs outside the apartment on the landing. which was a nice surprise. We were on the 2nd floor. Any contact with the staff was friendly and helpful. We needed some more toilet tissue and we just asked the nice cleaning staff, no trouble at all. The procedure for the key collection was very straightforward and a video is supplied to give you all the information you need. I really recommend staying here.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment did get very warm, because we were lucky enough to have some superb weather. The window opens, but it could also do with a fan or portable air conditioning unit for those times. But it didn't detract from a great trip. The very large square pillow wasn't very comfortable for me, I would have preferred a couple of smaller ones, but again, it wasn't a big deal.
