  Bettina was very helpful when our flight and train were delayed. The flat is in a good area with excellent shops and transport facilities around the city.
  The beds are comfortable, the shower works very effectively – this is Germany! – and the kitchen was well resourced. I definitely give it full marks, and I would like to return here to see more of this lovely city. Good value too!
