  The staff were amazing and very helpful and kind. We had a good parking space and they helped us reverse in. They spoke English to make up for our terrible German and that was very important.
  
  What could be improved: Can hotels stop providing coffee machines where you press a button. This wasn't the only hotel to do this on our trip to Germany. This wasn't a huge hotel and I personally loved the 70s decor, but it would encourage more guests if they provided a more personal breakfast service. You ordered breakfast the day before and got it in a bag. As it happens this suited us as we then ate it for our lunch as we were travelling. But the only let down in the stay was the way breakfast was presented. As I say the staff were wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.

  Great hotel …. a small booking problem (my side) was resolved quickly, the check in was superb including being taken to your room, the hotel is superbly located including free street parking over weekend and is only a 5 minute walk to the popular Nordstr and 25 mins to the Rhein/old town.

  Everyone was very nice and smiling and helpful, the room was on the 1st floor, and with a vue on the street, the furniture is simple and classic which is what i like, you can see several supermarkets around. So everything is there, however just 25 feet (10 meters) from the tram station, and maybe 100 meters from the bus station, in many way: Ideal
