Honestly, when I first pulled up to Green Flat Düsseldorf 2.0 on Roseggerstraße, I wasn’t expecting much – I mean, the name sounds a bit corporate, right? But this place totally surprised me. It’s tucked away in Mörsenbroich, which is actually perfect because you’re far enough from the tourist chaos but still connected to everything that matters. The whole building has this modern, clean-lined vibe that feels more like staying at a design-conscious friend’s place than some sterile hotel.

What really got me was the attention to detail everywhere. The apartments (because that’s what they really are) have these huge windows that let in ridiculous amounts of natural light, and you know what? The sound insulation is incredible – I was worried about street noise, but even with Roseggerstraße being a fairly busy road, I slept like a baby. The kitchenettes are actually functional too, not just for show. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times using ingredients from the REWE just down the street. Speaking of the neighborhood, there’s this great little bakery about a five-minute walk away where locals grab their morning pastries – you’ll spot it by the line of people with dogs waiting outside around 8 AM.

The 9.7 rating makes total sense once you spend a night there. Check-in was smooth (they’ve got this modern system that actually works), and the staff seemed to genuinely care about making sure everything was sorted. Parking was way easier than I expected for Düsseldorf – there’s dedicated spots, which honestly saved me from the usual German parking stress. The whole place just feels thoughtfully put together, from the lighting that’s warm enough to actually relax in, to the shower pressure that doesn’t leave you standing there disappointed. I stayed during a busy conference week in the city, and while other parts of Düsseldorf were packed, Mörsenbroich stayed relatively calm. You’re maybe fifteen minutes by tram to the Altstadt if you want the full tourist experience, but there’s something nice about coming back to this quieter pocket of the city. The area has that lived-in residential feel – you’ll see people walking their dogs in the evening, local restaurants that aren’t trying to impress tourists, just serving good food. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel like you’re experiencing how people live in Düsseldorf, not just visiting it.

  Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtet und Top ausgestattete Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das Bad ist klein aber Fein. Alles was benötigt wird liegt vor. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ziemlich neuwertig und wirklich Top ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend. Obst, Getränke, kleine Kuchen sind selbstverständlich für den Gastgeber. Wirklich eine Ausnahme. Ich war bereits 2 mal hier und werde in Düsseldorf wieder bei Green Flat buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

  Die Wohnung ist recht neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man so braucht. Über die Schale mit frischem Obst sowie Kaffee, Milch und Mineralwasser haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Besonders nett war auch, dass wir bereits vor dem Haus herzlich empfangen wurden

  Sehr moderne Dachgeschosswohnung mit super Terrasse. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche war alles Wichtige vorhanden. Über das frische Obst, Wasser, Milch und Kaffee haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir hatten ein schönes WE in Düsseldorf.
