Heaven Homes – Privatzimmer in der Nähe von Hbf Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Heaven Homes – Privatzimmer in der Nähe von Hbf on Hüttenstraße, you might wonder if you’ve got the right address — it’s tucked away in a residential building that feels more like visiting a friend than checking into a hotel. The second-floor location in House 3 gives you this cozy, almost secret hideaway vibe that I honestly wasn’t expecting. It’s one of those places where the name actually makes sense once you’re inside.
Location & Getting Around
The Oberbilk neighborhood isn’t the flashiest part of Düsseldorf, but that’s exactly why it works so well. You’re close enough to the Hauptbahnhof that getting anywhere in the city is ridiculously easy, yet far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant noise and tourist crowds. I mean, couples rate this place at 9.0 for location, and after staying here, I get why — there’s something refreshing about being in an actual neighborhood where people live their daily lives. The parking situation is a huge win too, since finding a spot in central Düsseldorf can be a nightmare.
The Room Experience
This four-star setup feels more like staying in someone’s well-appointed guest room than a traditional hotel, which is either going to be your thing or it isn’t. The private room concept means you get your own space but share some common areas — think of it as the best parts of a B&B without the awkward breakfast conversations. The attention to detail is what impressed me most; everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just standard hotel furniture. You know what? Sometimes the personal touch beats sterile hotel perfection.
What Makes It Special
The 9.5 rating isn’t just a fluke — there’s something about this place that clicks with people looking for an authentic experience. The hosts clearly know what they’re doing, and you can tell they actually care about making sure guests feel comfortable rather than just processed through. It’s not trying to be fancy or luxurious, but it nails the fundamentals in a way that makes you want to recommend it to friends. The whole setup works particularly well if you’re planning to explore Düsseldorf properly rather than just hiding in your hotel.
Why Guests Love It
Honestly, this place succeeds because it doesn’t try to be everything to everyone. If you want a massive lobby, room service, and a concierge, look elsewhere. But if you want a clean, comfortable base in a real neighborhood with easy access to everything Düsseldorf offers — and you appreciate when someone puts genuine thought into the guest experience — this hits the mark perfectly. The fact that couples especially love it tells you something about the atmosphere; it’s intimate without being cramped, local without being inconvenient.
Exploring Dusseldorf layers modern media piers, baroque theaters, and riverside cycleways.

Toller und kurzer Aufenthalt, tolle Ausrichtung jedoch gut hörbare einrollende Züge – Lukas from Switzerland – 23 June 2025 (10/10)
Es war sehr modern eingerichtet und nahe am Bahnhof
What could be improved: Man konnte die Züge hören da die Unterkunft direkt neben den Geleisen ist ectl. wäre dies mit einer besser isolierten Wand nicht so schlimm.Very good – Binhminh from Germany – 22 June 2025 (8/10)
Super Zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar. – Khalil from Germany – 24 May 2025 (10/10)

Super zentral und sauber! – Tatiana from Germany – 6 May 2025 (10/10)
