  Uns hat es gefallen, da die Lage gut war und man das Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Die Suite war komfortabel und modern eingerichtet.

  Terrible service and staff. Terrible communication. Please not so clean. Internet doesn’t work and staff not responsive at all. Bed smells a little. Not so clean place. Linen is damp and not cleaned properly. Lights not working well in many rooms.

  Zelo prostorna grand suita, moderno opremljena, čista. Enostavno prelepa in udobna.
  
  What could be improved: Parkirišče je velik problem. V bližini so parkirne hiše ampak moraš biti kar precej iznajdljiv da lahko tam parkiraš in plačaš parkirišče preko interneta. Za samo grand suito nimam negativnih stvari !

  Große Räume, hohe Decken, stilvolle Einrichtung, insgesamt ein gut renovierter Altbau. Schöne Holzdielen, relativ neu renovierte Badezimmer mit gut funktionierenden Duschen. Hunde waren erlaubt, was für uns wichtig war.
  
  What could be improved: Eines der zwei Betten war ziemlich durchgelegen und hatte eine tiefe Mulde. Ein Zimmer sah aus, als ob es ausschließlich von Junggesellenabschieden belegt wurde – Spritzer an der Decke, abgerissener Wasserhahn, abgerissene Schrankscharniere, wenig funktionierende Lampen. In einem Zimmer gab es zwar einen Tisch, aber keinen einzigen Stuhl oder Sessel. Insgesamt nur oberflächlich geputzt, durch die dünnen Bettlaken konnte man die Flecken auf der Matratze darunter sehen, nicht wirklich schön. Ganz ekelhaft: in der Besteck-Schublade lag eine benutzte Hornhautfeile…
  Das Anwesen ist kein Hotel, sondern ein Apartmentkomplex mit Türcode / Schlüsselfächern – hat uns persönlich nicht gestört. Die Gegend ist so lala, relativ zentral aber die direkte Umgebung ist eher mau. Es gibt keinen Lift, man muss die Koffer die Treppe hochhieven.

  Bij het boeken twijfelde ik,na het lezen van een mindere ervaring of ik wel moest boeken.
  We waren erg verrast. De suite draagt met alle waarde ook de naam suite. Alles werkt, een schone fijne douche, een goed bed en warme verlichting. Wij hadden de suite met de witte balken. 20 minuutjes lopen van de kerstmarkt en de auto kun je makkelijk kwijt in de garage dichtbij. De communicatie was redelijk laat maar uiteindelijk goed geregeld. We hadden graag een late check out gewenst maar dat was ( helaas) niet bespreekbaar.
  We zouden het zo weer doen!
