The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run four-star hotel, but with some nice touches that showed attention to detail. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel marketing speak), and the bathrooms are modern with good water pressure. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything was, despite being on such a busy street. The soundproofing actually works, which isn’t always a given in city center hotels. The design feels contemporary without being cold — there’s this warm, minimalist vibe that makes you want to settle in.

The breakfast spread here is honestly impressive, especially if you have dietary restrictions or preferences. They’ve got continental options, sure, but also vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and Asian choices — which is pretty thoughtful for a mid-sized hotel. I watched them accommodate different guests throughout the morning, and the staff seemed genuinely knowledgeable about ingredients and preparation. It’s not just about having options on paper; they actually execute them well. The breakfast area gets good natural light, and there’s enough space that you don’t feel rushed even during busy periods.

  As this is a Korean style hotel, it is very sparse but very well-maintained and basic. If you were looking for a hotel with a family, feel that you can feel commitment to the customer, This is the place to go. Location is not terribly far from Central train station and is easy walking distance to a number of things and public transport.
  
  If you are adventurous, I recommend you pay a small additional fee and ask for the Korean breakfast. The Bibimbop is made in a house by the owner’s wife who doesn’t excellent job and the meal is very filling for only €3 more and it’s a unique experience.
  
  As it’s a family run hotel you sort of feel like you’re staying with your parents as the owner is very involved in, always around and watching and willing to help.

  The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the station. The room was very nice and clean and the couple that runs the hotel are extremely kind! Totally recommend staying here if you’re going to Düsseldorf
