Liro Apartments Düsseldorf Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Liro Apartments Düsseldorf, you immediately get that “this is actually someone’s home” feeling — which, honestly, is exactly what you want from an apartment hotel. The building sits quietly on Eupener Straße in Heerdt, and I mean that in the best way possible. It’s one of those four-star places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with flashy lobbies, but instead focuses on getting the basics absolutely right. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure I knew my way around the neighborhood.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about Heerdt — it’s close enough to central Düsseldorf that you’re not stuck in the suburbs, but far enough out that you actually get to see how locals live. The Rhine is literally a few minutes’ walk away, which means morning jogs along the riverbank if that’s your thing. You know what surprised me? How easy it was to get into the city center. The public transport connections are solid, and if you’re driving, you’re not dealing with the parking nightmare that comes with staying right in the Altstadt. Couples seem to really get this location (the ratings back that up), and I can see why — it feels more intimate than staying in a busy hotel district.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment itself hit that sweet spot between hotel service and home comfort. I had a proper kitchen — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cooking space with decent equipment. The living area was spacious enough that I didn’t feel like I was camping out in a hotel room, and honestly, after a few days of German business meetings, having a real couch to collapse on made all the difference. The bedroom was well-designed too, with blackout curtains that actually worked (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong). Everything felt clean and modern without being sterile.
Practical Matters
What really sold me on this place was how well it handled the little things that can make or break a stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable — crucial when you’re trying to work or stay connected with home. Parking was straightforward, which anyone who’s driven in German cities will appreciate. The apartment came with all the essentials you’d need for a longer stay, from proper towels to kitchen basics. I mean, they even had a washing machine, which saved me from that awkward hotel laundry situation. The whole setup just felt thoughtfully planned by people who actually understand what travelers need.
Why Guests Love It
After staying at Liro Apartments Düsseldorf, I get why it scores so well with visitors. It’s that rare combination of professional service and genuine comfort that makes you feel like you’ve found a real home base in the city. The location works whether you’re here for business or leisure, and the apartment-style accommodation gives you flexibility that traditional hotels just can’t match. For couples especially, there’s something appealing about having your own space to retreat to after exploring Düsseldorf. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town — it’s just really, really good at what it does.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Dusseldorf through local agencies that offer personalized recommendations and insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for exploring the city’s rich fashion and cultural heritage.

Reviews of Liro Apartments Düsseldorf
Superb – Seungtaik from Germany – 10 July 2025 (9/10)
– Anja from Germany – 13 June 2025 (7/10)
Preis Leistung stimmt – Claudia from Germany – 25 May 2025 (9/10)
What could be improved: Ich hatte für 5 Leute gebucht. If visiting dusseldorf for any purpose this is a great place to stay, handy location as only a quick uber to city centre – Craig from United Kingdom – 12 May 2025 (10/10)
Staff were very friendly in helping with any issues and replying to questions sharp.
Superb – Nicola from Australia – 9 May 2025 (9/10)
Apartment was very clean and easy to get into. The location was also close to public transport and shops
Goede bedden.
Tramhalte vlakbij.
What could be improved: Het is een appartement op de vierde verdieping. Behoorlijk gehorig.
Just right – Monica from Netherlands – 15 April 2025 (8/10)
Nice & clean
What could be improved: Beds a bit too smallSuperb – Kaveh from Germany – 7 April 2025 (9/10)
Very good – Andre from Germany – 22 January 2025 (8/10)
Superb – Neto from Germany – 6 January 2025 (9/10)
Localização e preço
What could be improved: A cadeira da mesa é um pouco perigosa
