  Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und praktisch.

  Schlafzimmer im EG zu Straße, Fenster komplett milchig.

  Sehr hellhörig, da oberes Geschoss nicht komplett abgetrennt.

  Das Haus wird in 2 Parteien geteilt die 2 Wohneinheit hatte an unserem 2 Abend dort in Gemeinschaft Räumen gekocht und als wir Nachts vom Arbeiten wieder kamen nichts weggeräumt das war sehr schade

  Having a private bathroom and 2 bedrooms, access to a full kitchen and living room, access to washing machine. Nice quiet residential area, within reasonable walking distance to multiple bus stops and tram stop.
  
  What could be improved: There wasn't a good way to dry clothes after washing–a clothes drying rack would have been really helpful. The floor of the shower seems too flat to drain properly, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet. The code lock system was a bit difficult to use, and we had to be very careful to not get locked out of our room.

  This is a very pleasant experience, the price is also very favorable during the exhibition, before checking in have received the gate and room code, very advanced and safe, the room is clean and tidy, the living room and the yard is pretty big, the decoration is also very stylish.
