  Die Unterkunft ist äußerst modern eingerichtet und einwandfrei sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.
  
  What could be improved: Leider fehlte in der Küche ein Wasserkocher für Tee. Das Doppelbett hat zwei einzelne Matratzen, was wir persönlich nicht so schön finden.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist ganz gut quasi direkt am Kaiserswerther Markt auch wenn leider die Parksituation nicht optimal war. Die Wohnung war sauber auch komplett neu eingerichtet.
  
  What could be improved: Leider fehlten einige Dinge an Ausstattung z,B. in der Küche oder auch ein Staubsauger / Handfeger u Kehrblech / Wischer etc. was immer ganz angenehm ist wenn so etwas vorhanden ist. Obwohl wir bei der Buchung erwähnt hatten, dass wir wenn dann mit unserem kleinen Hund (Kurzhaar) anreisen und die Endreinigung im Preis enthalten war hat die Vermieterin nach unserer Abreise eine unschöne Nachricht geschrieben in die Richtung, dass diese zukünftig keine Hunde mehr zulassen wollen würde. Davon abgesehen, dass die Entreinigung mit enthalten war hätte ich ohne die oben genannten Hilfsmittel ja auch nicht mal selber vor Abreise durchsaugen können das fand ich etwas schade. Da die Wohnung in der zweiten Etage und das Haus ohne Aufzug ist sollte man schon gut zu Fuß sein um in dieser Wohnung zu übernachten.

  We liked the welcome we’ve received from the owner, apart from the location and the facilities, very cozy and clean.
  
  What could be improved: The bed springs, made a lot of noise as soon as you sat down or lay down on the bed, they made a lot of noise.
