  Tolle Rund um Betreuung. Auch das wir Verspätet durch Stau waren. Wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und Eingewiesen in die Wohnung.

However, after posting my review, the host contacted me and accused me of leaving a low rating because of the pet fee, which I gladly accepted and paid without issue. He also pressured me to change my rating. While the property has some positives, I would not recommend staying here due to the host’s unprofessional response to feedback.

  While this property has some positives, my experience did not align with the exceptionally high 9.5 rating, which I find misleading.
  Pros:
  – The price is reasonable for a property in a central location.
  – Conveniently located near a tram station, making travel around the city easy.
  – Noise levels were low, despite the apartment being shared with other tenants.
  – The host was responsive during our stay.
  
  What could be improved: Cons:
  – The room is small and feels even more cramped due to unnecessary decorations that take up valuable space. Simplifying the decor could make the room feel more functional and comfortable.
  – Several items, including the faucet and coat hooks, came apart during our stay, reflecting the need for sturdier fixtures.
  – The parking situation was particularly frustrating. Although the host stated that parking was available in front of the apartment, there were no spaces during our entire stay, as the street was consistently full. When I brought this up after check-out, the host explained that parking availability depends on the time. Sharing this detail upfront would have helped us plan better and avoid inconvenience.
