  – need to take tram / bus and this costs around 3-5 euros per person to go to Düsseldorf hbf / Düsseldorf Central Station
  – no proper cooking utensils and even basics are missing like pepper, salt, oil to cook even egg omlette for kids.

  – overheating hair dryer
  – table fan is not in correct height for the bed
  – bathroom hand shower is not flexible and comes out if we try to pull it little far
  – Owner is very rude to us and threw our kids packaged food and not even responded to our question nor given an apology

  The place is nice, even though it's not big. Its near the tram that will bring you fast to the central station.
  
  What could be improved: The hosts didn't respond to queries. They said we can come at 13:00, then we found an unclean place, and only after 15:00 did the cleaners come. The TV didn't work, and they didn't respond. Something was broken in the bath, and they didn't respond, rtc.
