  Very helpful receptionist although not good with local knowledge. Secure bike parking, albeit open air. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

  The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was helpful finding parking and overall very kind. The hotel was very clean. Windows could be opened. Every bed had light and plugs. The floor was laminated and clean.

  Very good breakfast, good coffee (Cappuccino etc.) included, good location with many shops and restaurants nearby, tram station in front of the hotel (we were lucky to have a room at the other side of the hotel with nice view over the trees)
