  Ruhige Lage, eigener Parkplatz, separater Eingang, WLAN und sogar eine kleine Sitzecke im Freien. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Trotz der "Souterrain-Lage" war es auch im Dezember angenehm warm. Die kleine Küchenecke im Wohnraum bietet alles Nötige, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das "Retro-Bad" mit modernen Akzenten ist sehr geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin war völlig unkompliziert.
  
  What could be improved: Im Wohnbereich und im Schlafzimmer gibt es Fernseher – leider empfangen beide nichts. Jedenfalls haben wir es nicht geschafft, irgendein Programm zum Laufen zu bringen. Es hieß immer: "Keine Information vorhanden".

  My colleague stayed at this property but i had the chance to visit when my flight was cancelled. It is in a very nice location and the attention to detail is excellent. Very convenient for Ubahn to the Messe and Altstadt and had bus access to and from Airport with short walk to apartment. Yvonne was very helpful also.
  
  What could be improved: If i was to be picky i would say the bathroom decoration needed completion, but it is of a very generous size and the facilities in the rest of the apartment and outside area more than made up for this

  Es war sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet .
  Das WLAN hat super funktioniert- ich brauchte es für meine Arbeit . Die Eigentümerin war auch vor Ort bei Ankunft und hat alles erklärt und gezeigt , war super zuvorkommend. Kann ich jedem empfehlen der einen kurzen Aufenthalt vor der Abreise in der Nähe vom Flughafen benötigt.
