  We had a room in the Apartments that had a king sized bed, which was very clean and the accommodating. The staff was excellent and very attentive to us when we go in early. This was a very positive experience for us.
  
  What could be improved: There was no elevator in either building, and we were in town for a week for a conference and had very large luggage. While we were on the 1st floor, my colleague was on the 3rd floor and had to carry his bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. In our case, the shower was a bit small for me, but was ok for me wife.

  Asked for low floor and were allocated a small self contained flat with four single en-suite rooms. Brilliant. Breakfast was fresh , great choice of hot and cold dishes and went on till 10.30. Staff extremely helpful. Room cleaned daily.
