Here’s what I love about the location on Neckarstraße — you’re in Unterbilk, which means you get that perfect balance of being close to everything without the tourist chaos. The MedienHafen area is honestly one of Düsseldorf’s coolest neighborhoods, with those famous Gehry buildings just a short walk away. You know what’s great? Couples absolutely love it here, and I can see why. There’s something romantic about wandering through the harbor area in the evening, plus you’ve got excellent restaurants within walking distance. The whole district has this modern, artistic vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere special.

The Studio Experience

The room itself — well, it’s more of a studio apartment really — feels spacious and thoughtfully designed. Everything has this clean, contemporary aesthetic that actually works for relaxation, not just Instagram photos. Transportation from here is actually really straightforward — you’re well-connected to the rest of Düsseldorf without being stuck in the middle of the business district noise. The harbor area has this nice walkable quality, especially if you want to explore the Rhine promenade or check out some of the galleries and cafes scattered around. Recent guests have been rating the location really highly, and after spending time in the area, I totally get it. You feel like you’re experiencing the real Düsseldorf, not just the tourist version of it.

  What could be improved: WLAN – geht nicht ! Fernseher hat deswegen nur 3-4 Programme . Etwas mehr Licht im Bad wäre schön und eine Steckdose auf normaler hohe am Schreibtisch zum Laden der Handys . Papierkörbe sollten eigentlich auch gelehrt sein !im Bad wäre ein Zahnputzbecher vom Vorteil und ein Spiegel im Zimmer zum Schminken. , Rasieren , Fönen mit Steckdose in der Nähe . Etwas bessere Handtücher im Bad . Der Eingang im Block und Treppenhaus sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig . Das würde dann den Preis auch rechtfertigen

  Quiet location yet plenty of places to go around. Very nice cafe on the corner and plenty of restaurants. The apt. is located right in the Hafen area which is a tourist destination by itself so taking a night stroll around the area and restaurants and being right next to the bed is a big plus 🙂
  
  The apt looks like a hotel room, comfy bed, cosy furniture and all you need for a comfortable and cosy stay, definitely worth the money
