  Staff – people at the registration deck, cleaners, restaurant workers at breakfast – very friendly and nice. Amazing location, not so far from Merkur-Spiel Arena, as well as from Dusseldorf airport. Calm cozy place to rest.

  Initial impressions on drawing up outside was that it looked a little run down dirty. However as soon as we entered reception we could tell it was clean and well kept. Friendly staff always available and helpful. Room in the annex was large, clean and comfortable. Did not realise breakfast was included in the price which was a welcome bonus. Typical German frühstück with a range of bread rolls, cold meats, cereals, eggs etc and very good coffee. Very good value. Close to the Ubahn which takes approx 15 minutes into the city centre for €3.4 single but better value tickets are available. Use the machine on the train to pay.
